Covid-19/Sick Policy

• If you are sick, have COVID 19. have been exposed and have not received a negative test within 48 hours of your appointment, please notify Mollie ASAP to be re booked free of charge

• Mollie is fully vaccinated and boosted, she will wear a mask if requested and has masks availble

• During lash appointments clients are asked to wear a mask as Mollie always does when working close to your face

• If Mollie is sick she will give you as much notice as possible and rebook you ASAP free of charge

Cancellation & No Show Policy

• For all in salon services, there is a 24 hour cancellation policy or you will be charged the full price of the service

• If you no call/no show you will be charged the full price of the service

• For weddings/events there is a one week cancellation policy or you will be charged the full price of the service

• For concierge appointments there is a 48 hour cancellation policy or you will be charged the full price of the service and travel fee

• Credit cards are required at time of booking to hold appointment
